Starting with the 2007 season all Comp Players are required to either wear the Adidas Cosmos uniform (discontinued) or the new Adidas Onore/Campo uniform that has the SSJYSL Logo on their Jerseys, Player Number on the back of their Jerseys or they will not get any form of reimbursement from the league.

Required attachments: Copy of team registration for Fall season, and color picture of the team or bring complete uniform to board meeting. If your team uploaded a picture to the site it will be included on the print out. The form must be sent in by the end of the Fall season, at the latest on Dec. 15.
