South San Jose Youth Soccer League has teamed up with Uniroyal and Skip's Tire & Auto Centers to provide our players with a free soccer ball (while supplies last).  Certificates can be redeemed on or after September 1st.
 
How to claim your free soccer ball:
 
-Go online to www.UniroyalSoccer.com 
-Click on “Leagues Download Your Free Soccer Ball Certificates” 
-Enter in your league code: M5293F11 
-Fill out OR skip the participant survey 
-Click “Download Your Certificate” (Don’t forget to print page one AND two, as the mail-in rebate form is on the second sheet!) 
-Take your printed certificate to one of the participating Skip's Tire & Auto Centers listed on the certificate to obtain your soccer ball. 
  
*Please note that only one certificate per player is permitted* 
 
Need new tires?  Attached to the certificate is a rebate form you can use if you purchase a new set of Michelin, BF Goodrich or Uniroyal tires between September 1 and October 31.  See rebate form for more details.
