Hello Coaches and Managers:

Please remind  all players born in 1999 and 1998, of the CYSA District II Olympic Development Program Identification Days that will be held this weekend, May 7-8, at the Morgan Hill Soccer Complex located at 16699 Condit Road in Morgan Hill.

CYSA Members should bring their player pass or a copy, and the CYSA Member ODP Registration form already filled out.  There is no charge to CYSA members.
Players who are not CYSA members should fill out non-CYSA Member ODP Registration form.  There is a $10 charge to non-CYSA members.  Checks made payable to "CYSA"

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

    --Checks for non-members should be made payable to "CYSA."
    --The ID Days will consist primarily if not exclusively of games;
    --Players in the 99 age group will play from approximately 9:30 to 11:30 on both Saturday and Sunday; Arrive at 9 for registration and check in.
    --Players in the 98 age group will play from approximately 1:30 to 3:30 on both Saturday and Sunday; Arrive at 1 for registration and check in. 
    --All players should bring a properly inflated ball with their name clearly marked, game attire including shin guards, and plenty to drink.
