APPLICATION INFORMATION & DEADLINE

Payment must be received with your application in order to be accepted.  Entries received before November 15 are $600 for U12-U14, $500 for U11.  Entries after November 16 are $650 for all U12-U14 teams; and $550 for U11. Entry fee will be refunded in full to any team not accepted to the tournament.  Application deadline is December 15, 2011. There will be no refunds of the tournament fee once a team has been accepted into the tournament.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS
U11 plays with 8 on the field; U12 - U14 teams play with 11 players on the field. Maximum roster is 26. No more than 18 suited up for any one game.

LENGTH OF GAME
U11 games have 25 minute halves; U12-U14 group games have 30 minute halves. Games may be shortened at the discretion of the Tournament Director due to weather, injuries, game delays, or other factors that would unduly compromise the tournament as scheduled.
CREDENTIALS
US Club player passes and other USSF affiliated members player passes will be required for all players for all games.  Roster and Medical Release forms will be required for check in and must be available at all games.  A maximum of five (5) guest players will be allowed.
TOURNAMENT  CANCELLATION
If the tournament must be cancelled due to inclement weather, acts of civil disobedience, war, destruction of facilities or other circumstances deemed by the tournament committee to be beyond control of the hosting league, the tournament may retain up to 30% of the entry fee once the tournament's expenses are verified and approved by the Tournament Committee Chairman. Refunds of no less than 70% of the team's entry fee will be postmarked and mailed to the teams within 45 days of the approved tournament date.
LOCATION
The tournament will be held on turf fields in the mid-peninsula. 
GAME CHECK-IN
Teams are required to be at the Field Marshal tent 30 minutes prior to scheduled start of each and every game and be prepared to start pre-game check in.  At this time the Field Marshals/or referee will collect game rosters, check equipment, check credentials and conduct coin toss.
