[SSJ-Coaches] Picture Schedule

Hi Coaches,

Below (and attached) is the finalized picture schedule for Opening Day, Sunday, September 11th.  Pictures will be taken on the Oak Ridge Elementary School grounds on the grassy area near the portables, next to the soccer field that is along the neighboring housing fence lines.  This is a new location for pictures so please be sure to let your team members know where pictures will be taken.

Each player will receive a Memory Mate package which includes one individual picture with a team picture on an 8 x 10 sheet.  Additional pictures may be purchased.  The price of additional picture packages is listed on the picture envelope. The picture envelope must be completed for each player whether additional pictures are being purchased or not.  

Please remember to:

Let your team know which color jersey to wear for pictures.
Have your team gather in the staging area near the portables,15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot.  
Have a representative from your team check in at the picture table.
Make sure that each player has a completed picture envelope in their hands.
Bring your team banner (if you have one) to display in your team picture.
