[SSJ-Fields] How to contact all teams practicing on one field.

Hi everyone,

due to popular demand I've added a few mailing lists to our site to allow
us (well, mostly field coordinators) to contact all teams practicing on
their field. This currently only works for our main fields. Use
the following email addresses:

        SSJ-Bernal at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Gunderson at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Herman at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Martin at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Oakridge at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Stratford at ssjysl.org
        SSJ-Teresa at ssjysl.org

The mailing list  SSJ-Fields at ssjysl.org can be used to send an email to
all field coordinators, assistant field directors, and field director.

All those mailing lists are automatically updated if teams reserve practice
fields or change their practice fields.
