[SSJ-Fields] changes to websites and emails

I've made the following changes to the website and email system for SSJ:

- every field has an email address fieldname at ssjysl.org
  Any email sent to that address will automatically be forwarded to the FC
  and AFC, assuming that their email addresses is available on the website.
  (it used to be that emails to that address went only to the FC, but not
  the AFC. That turned out to not be the preferred solution for some
  fields; this email address was also only available for the game fields,
  not the practice fields, and all updates required manually edit a series
  of config files, its now totally automated).

- The webpage for each field now shows the field email address just above
  the FC and AFC email address.

- all FC, AFC, and field director are automatically subscribed to
  SSJ_Fields.
  
- all changes to the emails happen around midnight, so if you change an
  email address on your fields website it might take a day for this to be
  reflected and be fully working.
