Fees:	Referee license fee is $40.00 payable to CNRA and $10.00 for books payable to SSJYSL
Where: Time:	Los Paseo Cabana Club 7047 Via Ramada Drive, San Jose, CA 95139 6:00pm to 9:00pm each night
Registration:	Class size is limited. Drop in registration accepted provided space is available.  You MUST attend all the classes listed above.

How to Register:	On checks put the name and email address of the person taking the class. One check($40.00) payable to CNRA and one check ($10.00) payable to SSJYSL. Mail or drop off in secure mailbox to Christine Alves 282 Moraga Way, San Jose, CA 95119
