| How to Register: | You must register at http://www.d2sra.org/train/clinic_schedule and then print the registration form and mail it along with One check($40.00) payable to CNRA and one check ($25.00) payable to SSJYSL. Drop off in secure mailbox to Christine Alves 282 Moraga Way, San Jose, CA 95119. Confirmation via email once the checks are received. |
